work as a home made screen protector. Put the sheet onto the phone and have
someone draw what you want, where it is as they see it through the sheet on
the screen of the iDevice , then secure it with double sided

To get past the map download screen of Navigon, I go through and check the
maps I want to download, then use the download all button in the bottom
left corner of the screen after you have swiped past
swipes horizontal. They also help orienting yourself to the phone
and the screen and locating objects by touch. Obviously they aren't needed,
but they can be useful and they don't inhibit swiping or have any negative
side effects at all.
