Hi.
One thing that I like about iOS is the ability to receive emergency alerts. For
me, however, there's a problem. When one of the alerts arrives, it's
accompanied by a very loud tone, and that really startles me. It's so bad for
me that I had to turn these off to avoid being scared out of my
Hi.
I've noticed that after some iOS updates, when I enter my code to unlock my
iPhone X, there is no audible feedback to let me know I entered a number.
However, if I connect a device over Bluetooth, and then turn that device off,
the sound is back. It continues to work until the next iOS upda
Hi.
I have a PDF that I was sent in an email message. It has a code in it that I
need to show someone tomorrow afternoon. How do I display this PDF in the

Thanks in advance for any help.

Hi.
I had a bunch of photos on my iPhone. I connected it to my Windows PC. I went
into Windows Explorer. My phone was something I could select. I found a folder
on it with all my photos. I got them that way.
Wonder if an Android phone works the same way?
Just saying.

Hi Donna.
I looked in Voiceover settings. I'm not finding voice recognition. I think I
have the latest iOs.

Hi Donna.
Thanks for the info on screen recognition. Evidently, it's not a feature on the
iPhone X, because I didn't find it where you're saying it is.

Hi.
I'd really like to know how to get screen recognition in the rotor in the app
switcher. I was trying to get it selected, when I got a call while doing it.
The person calling me couldn't hear me, and I ended up having to reboot my
phone to get things sorted.

Hi.
Have your friend check if anything is coming out of the earpiece of the phone
when the app is opened. This is a problem that others, including me, are having.
If this is what's going on, open the app switcher and select the Amazon app
from there. This gets it working for me.
Hope this help
Hi.
Count me as one of those that the app being discussed is routing Voiceover to
the ear speaker on my iPhone X. I really appreciate learning about this bug. I
would have thought my phone was broken. For me, activating the app switcher and
double tapping on the app gets things working as norma
Hi.
The Amazon Music app switched Voiceover to the ear speaker on my iPhone. Made
it difficult to get going. As the message I'm replying to says, might be what's
going on.
