Siri has not been working on my phone for the last two days.
I have tried turning the phone off and on, which usually resolves the
problem, but it is still not working.
It must be something on Apple's end.

As we approach the 1 year mark of Siri, I have learned that I can not

Go to settings, general, pass code lock, put in your code so you can change

Settings > Siri and turning Siri off, then back on. Or, do another restart,
this time by holding the home and power buttons until your device starts

I have said punctuation and it makes no difference, I also said short
sentences and short lines it works okay but as mentioned when you try
6.12 or something like that the last one for the 4s anyway.

and long messages have more to do with the iOS version than the iPhone

I have an Iphone 4s and latest IOS 6.1.3 a few days ago (more like
around the 1st week or so of may) I went to use SIRI to dictate a
rather long text message,usually prior to IOS 6.1.3 like ex IOS 5 she
would process the text and send it with no problem.

My issue with Siri is as follows when dictating a long text message, she will
come back and say can you ask that question again but shorter. Or she will make
a quote reference to Thomas Jefferson about sentences being shorter.
