Hi, Sorry that happened here is the issue I have an Iphone 4s and latest IOS 6.1.3 a few days ago (more like around the 1st week or so of may) I went to use SIRI to dictate a rather long text message,usually prior to IOS 6.1.3 like ex IOS 5 she would process the text and send it with no problem.
