decided to slow speech first, only to discover it already at 50% instead of

I use my 4s at 100% speech rate.
The bug is still present and so far the only common denominator I've
noticed is it seems to rear its ugly head when I'm rapidly swiping.
Maybe others are just slower with there devices?

I completely agree with you that finding what is causing the problem
should help the cause and it would be really nice to be able to
confirm that it is a speech rate issue. I keep my speech rate at 45%,
not because I do not want it faster, but because I can live with 45%
