Yes - pretty expensive, but as Daniel Rocha points out, they might be able to claim the $1M prize with an investment of $60,000. Also, it's worth noting that the nanoparticles are not pure Pd. Perhaps, too, if Miley were to accept the challenge, a Pd supplier might provide it just for advertising
