Zoom modem firmware upgrade

Has anyone had experience in upgrading the firmware of zoom modems. I have the original software which has the drivers and microphone LT as well as the software to upgrade the modem. The instructions for upgrading are not clear. Have contacted zoom support in Sydney but can only help with PCs.

CarbonLib version 1.6

Hi All, I ahve downloaded CarbonLib 1.6 twice from different sources but my expander ( Different versions also ) say the file is corrupt. Any suggestions please ? Anybody managed to get this updated version ? TIA Bob
