This is a pretty simple problem, but I cannot see the solution.
I am using safari on a 17" monitor and it is just a little too large
to easily use the scrolling arrows without moving the whole frame to

The best one I've used is Audion (2.6.1) - shareware. It does great wave
editing from MP3s even! I've used to to make sound samples and loops...

The third suggested fix by 'Jude' worked a treat!
For your information..a leftover desktop ,sea folder from a
partial download could not be trashed. Jude's solution was to reboot
in OS9 and 'find' the folder and trash it.

I am trying to resurrect an Apple Color OneScanner and seem to have
lost the software disks. I cannot find either the software or ofoto
on the Apple site. Does anyone have any idea where i could get this?
Scanner is attached to a 5300 with OS 8.1 with photoshop 5LE.

I have a similar problem with an Epson 1640SU scanner on 10.2.
Photoshop can't detect a scanner, neither can Epson Smart Panel and
the Image Capture software wont let me scan negs and transparencies.
Wish I was back in 8.6!

Iinet man set up software on my iMac rather than configuring to DSL-300 modem.
The software installed om the iMac is 'enternet'. Works well!

My friend has the 1.3megapixel Sony Mavica and on the 640X480 setting
gets 16 images on a floppy. The quality is better than my shitty
German-made Jenoptik at 1.3mp set at best resolution. I guess that
is the difference between the $500 and the $800+ price tag.

I have a Jenoptik digital camera of 1.3 megapixels. When I save
files through photoshop as jpegs they end up around 600-800k. A
friend has a Mavica which creates files of around 5-10kb.
Is the Sony Mavica able to compress better? Should I save as
something else rather than Jpegs?
