I wear several hats and have corresponding signatures in Mail. My normal,
personal signature is as shown here and Mail is set to attach this one by
default. If I wish to use one of the others after opening a new email and
select it, it is appended below the existing one. In Snow Leopard
onto an account
name at the left.

I am running Mail in Leopard 10.5.8 on MBPro 2.2ghz Intel dual with
3gb ram.

I am trying to have an image jpg or png in Mail and works well from
Mail to Mail but shows up as an attachment to PC users,
I have explored all the possibilities in Mail preferences but they
seem to be limited.

The default interface for Mail signatures allows you to do rich text
signatures using the fonts and colors palette. You can even drag an
image into the compose signature window and it will be included in
every email as an attachment. This is fine for most people

That is a great idea, one I had not considered. Not quite as
convenient as linking a signature to an account so it comes up
automatically and it means I have to remember to select the

Up until now I have had a signature in mail with comprised of text and a
logo in the form of a GIF image.
The company that I am working for now want the static GIF image replaced

If you hightlight the part of the email and press reply
it will only add that part to the new message
This way all your emails stay clean be easy to read and wont add all the
other signatures etc
