I just tried to play them on Windows using Media Player Classic. The
sound seems to work on most Videos* but every video runs only <= 2
seconds and the image freezes but the sound continues at normal.
* Some videos like "res_com.ogg" do play < 1 second, and MCP shows a
total length of zero.

doesn't seem to boot up correclty anymore, even when fresh installed.

If on, set the function pointer shareCPUTime = SDL_Delay;
Otherwise set the functionpointer to null.
This should be afaik faster than another if(){} in the mainloop.
