For their collaborative group project, student groups took on the role
of a PR firm whose client was WikiEducator. This was the first time we
have used scenario-based learning for the final project. We have used
collaborative writing and WikiEducator in previous classes for more
traditional "papers
and wider distribution.
However, gaining a presence in MERLOT by encouraging individual
WikiEducators to submit their work to the MERLOT review process will
help promote WikiEducator generally as well as contribute to the open
content population.
