Finally, I compiled the glst modules by adding Davide's mkdep
scripts and a .depend file.
Then I run it by adding this line
/var/MailRoot/bin/glst --mfile @@FILE
into the filters.pre-data.tab.
Then I run xmail

Did you read the GLST man page, and look inside the tarbal?
