Telesys has support for ISDN through a special number and account, but you
must be UT faculty or staff. It costs 40 bucks a month and is dialup (not
dedicated). see the following url if you are still wondering/interested:

PS: you can do better than the pipeline 50 for about the same price. Or
you could get a internal ISDN and run a router on a 386+ linux box. Its
tougher, but id you can figure out how to set it up, its not bad.
