I have: PSINet. At the time that I had ISDN (a routed static full class
C), my router never could connect at 128K, even though they configured
it. I think the problem was that they have a hunt group that spans
several Maxes, and if the first call hits a different router than the
second call, they can't be bonded. Ascend later fixed this with
Multichassis Mulitlink PPP or something, but by that time I had already
given up.
