Mostly, but veriotexas (www.veriotexas.com i think) offers year rates that
are pretty damned good, but they only service the downtown area :(.

I may not understand it, but they are already 5+ big companies, such as
GTE, which offer it in the 30-50 range. Of course, Austin ... they so
called tech place will receive their service long after college station.
oh well ... the wait is on for fast (cheaper) access in Austin (waiting
... waiting ..)
