Simran - can you please let me know where lawyers can charge $7K per day as I would like to move there. "Sham" or no sham that's some damn fine cash. If you're unloading fees like this please feel free to refer your legal work to me, I'll work for a measly few hundred per hour "sham-free" and generally I'll fix the fee, and discount steeply for startups and tech entrepeneurs. But if I can get $7K per day then I'll leave the benevolence to someone else!
