Hey Kurt, Lawyers in Sydney, and that was 2008...i suspect they charge even more now! (yes, it was a big reputable firm, and yes, i got 3 quotes and they were all about the same :)
I believe in paying for the right consultant, but you do expect something "more than the bleeding obvious"... which really should have been told to me in the first 15 minutes (and i would have paid for that 15 minutes and taken the action - which i was going to anyway). It's the, lets just ask for "all the relevant documentation" read it, and then give the "bleeding obvious" advice that bugged me! felt like i was shammed!
