I think this is way too harsh. Can you be more specific about what you did not like? One of the proposals I liked was that of changing "Right to Inform" into "Duty to Inform" and I have blogged about it: http://osindia.blogspot.com/2009/05/congress-government-must-increase.html The emphasis on open standards, open source and Indian language computing in their IT Vision was welcome.
