Cathryn,
First off if you have had one positive lyme test then that is what you
have, believe me. There is no such thing as a false positive when you have
lyme. What you are experiencing is a definite herx, hang in there. You may
have to go through a few herxes before you start to feel better. It took
Candace about 6 months and it does say it can take anywhere from 6 to 9
months to be gone. Discouraging, it sure is, and it really stinks.
I use a TDS-1 to read the ppm. I purchased it from someone on the list.
What I did was to make a fresh batch, test it with my meter and then sent it
out to the lab. The one I have was off about 9 so I callibrated the meter
that I had. I can also just add ten everytime I make it. For quite a few
months I was really discouraged because I was not getting anywhere and then
I finally had it tested to find out it was only 7ppm. Now that I am taking
the 30ppm there is a big difference. I do not use any saline at all just
pure distilled water and go from there.
Oh Yeah, The twitches in you muscles, I have them to but they are finally
subsiding, hopefully to be gone for good soon. Hang in there. When Marsha
gets back she can offer her story to and If Candace reads this she is a good
testimomial.
Always here,
Donna
