There is a 30 day period in which the lawyers that represent the Colloidal Silver Industry in this country have a chance to file an injunction against the FDA. Under the current ruling, I was told by the manufacturer that the FDA plans to stop the distribution of Colloidal Silver at the manufacturing level. The deadline for cease and desist is Sept. 16th. The FDA has been very sneaky about this ruling and the natural medicine industry is just finding out about it now, as the clock is ticking!
