Ok - so this gives a resistance of 33.3Kohms. Now I use UK BP purified water as well and have been very satisfied with it although mine doesn't state the conductance. And I use 27V. In any case the given figure is pretty useless unless the measuring conditions are specified - size of electrode, distance apart, etc.
