Hi Matthias, I have a Denas instrument and I don't use it very much. I have also had an alphastim and sent it back. I purchased a cosmodic unit about 18 months ago and use it often. It is a place it where it hurts kind of unit and I would recommend it to anyone who is interested. I recently took a nasty fall and believe that because I was able to start treatment within seconds (I carry it with me) I avoided much pain and suffering that would have otherwise resulted. I would be happy to further discuss this with you back channel if you would like. I cannot recommend cosmodic enough.
Another electrohealing modality I have found helpful is frequency specific microcurrent.
