I planted more lemon trees earlier in the year that makes 6 altogether now + two limes - we get more limes than lemons but the older lemon trees are too shaded now by the wattles (acacia) & don't product many at all and the new ones are very young - those that survive on the old trees are often left hanging on the tree completely peeled by the possums!! I use fresh and organic if avalable. Costco has a organic lemon juice from Italy that is reasonably priced. I use probably about a teaspoon in 8 ounces -I never measure. Eough taste, but not enough to make me pucker. DO NOT USE something like Real Lemon it has toxic preservatives. I drink at least one large glass in the morning and try to sip it all day too. It alkalizes the body, which reduces inflammation. Gayla
