If you add some cayenne to that mix, you will get even more amazing results. In less than 3 weeks, heel spurs, bone spur on wrist were totally gone and have not come back in years. I was recently made aware of another, similar treatment for arthritic pain: one tablespoon of ACV (with the mother) and one tablespoon of raw honey, mixed in hot water and taken just before bedtime. Actually, it was brought to my attention for acid indigestion and reflux problems (which I have), but is supposed to help with arthritic pain too. According to Mridula people were having miraculous results with it. This is for aches & pains of, I gather, arthritic origin.
