Thanks Kathy. That's a lot of garlic!

I take 22 capules of garlic power, plus an ultimate cayenne, from
Swanson(100,000 HU) 3-4 times a day, tapering down as the days go by. I
don't know how its going to work in the big picture, I take it in capsule,
but you can do the tea if you can stand it. If the cayenne burns your
stomach, a piece of bread will help.

Kathy,

Please let us know how the pepper and garlic powder work out. I'm
battling a lung infection right now. How much of each do you take? In
capsules, tea, etc? Thanks.

Bob

I'm expermenting with cayenne pepper and garlic poweder for the first time,
I found that I have to take it like you would an anti-botic, 4-5 times a
day for the first day and can cut down slowly I am on my third day, it got
rid of most of the lung infection (the green). I'm going to stay on it for
another couple days to be sure. I really want to get off anti-botics

Just to say that I was told that oil of oregano would 'stop a cold in its
tracks' but this is not true. I have just started a cold and used this
almost immediately and the cold is getting steadily worse. I am also using
CS with DMSO but still have the cold. Just a snippet to say that natural
remedies are not always successful either. Dee
