Mineral imbalance, and/or dehydration. Take a calcium/magnesium supplement (1,000 mg calcium 500 mg magnesium, I take the solaray brand from Amazon), and 99 mg of potassium daily. Make sure you are hydrated before going to bed.

If you still have them theraworx seems to help also.
