By definition, a professional "professes".

 For some reason, they always seem to be 'practicing'.

..but then, they're playing.

An actor re-hearses, then plays a part. [A doctor fills hearses..with actee
parts?]
Actors must be zombies, right?

I'm not an professional actor, I just play one in real life.
