Life Extension Foundation operates on this principle, at least
partially, and supporting LEF may be one of the best ways to ensure
long-term availability of nutritional supplements. The FDA tried to
shut down LEF in 1981, but the company fought back and is still
thriving. One reason is that they are financially successful.
Becoming a member yields a big payoff in the annual sale for members;
many buy all their supplements once a year because the savings are so
generous.
I have no financial connection to LEF.
