  Marshall,

How is the cs we make influenced? Does the conductance increase or
  decrease?

The reference to colloidal silver in the second paper has nothing to
do with the cs we make. We do not use silver nitrate:

"Gradually, as the solution is rising up the filterpaper, the iron
slowly reduces the silver nitrate to colloidal silver, and
    characteristic forms appear."

And cs does not precipitate when properly stored in containers that
do not leach chemicals. If it did, the conductance would change.

Here is data taken on a recent brew, in reverse date order. The
conductance was affected slightly by large changes in ambient
temperature, but the amount of change was insignificant:

    Tue Jul 11, 2006, 10:10:03 am 16.3uS <-- temp dropped
    Mon Jul 10, 2006, 5:59:28 pm 16.6uS
    Sun Jul 09, 2006, 11:20:41 am 16.8uS
    Sun Jul 09, 2006, 03:36:00 am 16.7uS <-- ambient temperature rising
    Sat Jul 08, 2006, 09:33:49 am 16.4uS

    Wed Jul 05, 2006, 10:44:58 am 16.4uS
    Tue Jul 04, 2006, 08:30:18 am 16.4uS
    Mon Jul 03, 2006, 09:58:59 am 16.4uS
    Sat Jul 01, 2006, 03:49:21 am 16.4uS
    Sun Jun 25, 2006, 8:42:55 pm 16.5uS
    Sat Jun 24, 2006, 5:15:19 pm 16.4uS
    Fri Jun 23, 2006, 09:04:19 am 16.3uS
    Wed Jun 21, 2006, 3:28:20 pm 16.4uS
    Tue Jun 20, 2006, 3:01:27 pm 17.5uS
    Tue Jun 20, 2006, 02:21:49 am 18.4uS New batch 2 litres

After the initial drop, the readings are rock steady.

Trem also has stated he stored cs for several years and it still
  measures the same.

So cs does not precipitate, unless there is some kind of
  contamination.

Perhaps the reason that "no one at least in this country taken up
Kolisko's work since it was first published fifty years ago" is that
  it has no meaning.

I would go with sol's results and my own measurements, plus the
theory and results posted on my web page.

Regards,

Mike M.
