All fine and good if one buys into it. Permanence has no non-existence in which to become existent and then permanent. Whatever is permanent is permanent always. Whatever was not, is not, and if it began, then you can know for certain that it is but a comparative contrast judgment someone is "calling" permanent...but it is not. There is nothing such as a line that starts here, but extends to infinity.
