With a non-configured brand new system except for users and SIP Trunk being 
enabled, my remote workers cannot call each other.  It connects to sipX but the 
message says it cannot reach the extension.  If my softphones are inside the 
office, then I can call each softphones by extension.  

The only time my remote workers can call each other is when I remove the 
default sipXbridge-1 and create another SBC and Internet calling uses this new 
SBC.

I think I'll make screencast using Camtasia for you to see my configs - I would 
not doubt an err on my part, but I just needed guidance not lecture from 
previous response by another user.
