Hi Everyone, I'm stuck with the firmware upgrade. :(
I tried reverting to SCCP and load the firmware via tftp, everything went well! No hassle at all. But every time we load the SIP-8.5.4 firmware we only get the term70.default.loads file and reboot in circles. I even made a direct connection between pc and phone (cross-cable) but it's no use. I'm getting the same error. Could it be the firmware? We loaded the phone firmware to the router as last resort but we got an *Auth Failed error * whenever loading the firmware. We can see it in the cisco ip phone screen. Please help. Rhon
