Rhon,

ensure that the term70.default.loads file is directing the phone to the
following files:

jar70sip.8-5-4TH1-6.sbn
cnu70.8-5-4TH1-6.sbn
apps70.8-5-4TH1-6.sbn
dsp70.8-5-4TH1-6.sbn
cvm70sip.8-5-4TH1-6.sbn

and also that those files are available within the root directory of the
tftp server. the phones should boot, see the .cnf.xml, then check the
.loads, reboot and do some software updating progress screen.
