As I said b4, when there is treasure, the crusade is over...

Linux is as we know a hot topic in Singapore now. Every company wants a
piece of it. HWZ never had noble visions of linux. They just needed it to
publisize their server.

I think SLP needs a big waking up. We have had minimal progress thru the
months, and we've had contributions from our own editors only! I thought
it was t be an open site ? I dun see an interface for ppl to post their
views yet.... I beg you guys to remember our original vision of SLP being
an OpenSource/Linux Portal.

Can u guys make it for a meeting this SAturday ? I hope to meet u ppl b4
my meeting for the SLC2K.. maybe we cn meet 9am at International Plaza
Coffee bean ? We can have breakast and at least draw out the work plan for
SLP.

Anyway.. I've already begn designs for a discussion forum/project
management site for OpenSource project. Slated for openning this
mid-september, it will be a place for programmers to meet and share
ideas/projects among themselves in an open fashion... I was always hoping
SLP will have such an area, but i have waited too long... I'm still
working on design and payment of software licesnes, those who are
interested please email me direct and I'll keep u in the lop.

Raymond: Our site's FTP links are invalid as the mirror was not completed.
Please ammend.

Moonshi/Eddie/Eugene/Others: As much as you guys are editors, you too
playa part in SLP, please voice ur views and not write articles only...

Dawn: There is little we can do, fame is on some ppl's mind...
