1.      Yes.  You can either have push or suck, your choice.  However,
they will only allow you to have suck to max 3 IPs.

2.      Yes.  Option 1 plan is 19c/mb with min monthly billing of $20
(this equates to about 105mb).

Be thankful that you have got ISDN;  in the bush it's PSTN or nothing (8-(
