We use HTML mail internally in our office network and for inter-office
correspondence. It gives us the richness to express some of the stuff that
we need to convey to each other.
You can't send a pretty message with tables, figures, screenshots etc. in
text.
What I have already mentioned is that to mailing lists, it is pretty much
standard that posts should be in text. Please refer to my earlier posting.
Please note that the discussion is on prettying up email messages and the
appropriate format for it, if one wants to do it.
