The set speed is to determine what is the maximum limit of throughput
you can have on a link, Have the AutoFallBack Rate enabled so that if
the set speed is not achieved then the connection does not get dropped
off,

Subject: [smartBridges] Fixed Rate Speeds

When I set my airBridge Outdoor to 1 or 2 Mbit fixed
rate, and turn off the autorate fallback, my Access Point
still shows it changing up and down from 1 to 11 Mbit.
Is this a problem with my StarOS Access Point or with
the SmartBridge not staying at it's set speed?
