Right.  But if I set it to 1 Mbit and no auto fallback, then
why does the Access Point show the client still jumping
up and down from 2 to 11 Mbit?  The AP is a StarOS.

I'm trying to get this installation to work, and I don't know
or understand why it isn't.  The customer has essentially
no speed up or down, even though the numbers look good.

I can ping the box 50,000 times with 128 byte packets and
get them all through, but if I use 512 byte packets (or 1472
byte packets), then nearly nothing get's through. This essentially
means that the link seems good, and I can monitor it well,
but they can't really download anything without it timing out.
