Here is my network setup.

Me------Router------Internet-----router--(VPN
Server)----COR-----aB---client PC.

The routers are Mikrotik version 2.7.2, supposed to work okay with aB.
Running Masquerading, Ports are setup correctly on aB for management.
Using static IP addresses. I can connect to the VPN and manage my
COR,and ROR's without problems. Both routers are running RIP and know
paths to each other.

These problems are hard to debug without a drawing of your network and
information about the configuration on your router(s), administration PC
and airBridges.

Make sure that the Primary (DHCP) port on all radios are set to the
direction of the router.

i.e.:

VPN gateway --- aPPO ~~~ aB -- Client PC

Primary port on the aPPO should be set to ethernet, and on the aB to
Wireless.
