No packet filter, Yes, I can ping the Ab from VPN connection, my
connection is via ethernet on my network, across the Internet to a VPN
server, to my wired network on that side, then out to the wireless
network at the end. The radios are all on the same subnet.
All radios are managed via SNMP.

You have probably already checked this, but.. The COR and aB have
similar configuration (i.e. both are on the same IP network with same
subnet mask and default gw)?

Can you ping/connect to the aB from something on the same subnet - say,
from the VPN server or from a laptop connected to the COR?

Are the COR/RORs managed through SNMP? If not, is there any packet
filter running on Me, the two routers or the VPN Server that might block
SNMP (UDP 161/162)?
