Tom,

Your a vise man. Good words. There are many times where a partner ship
proven to work well. Say there is a local business that need speed
they might share the cost or maybe in next town there is cheaper
service to be had or someone is already having service and would love
to cost share it with you. Say they might be paying that 1600 a month
for 512. Now if you do full T and share 768k each then your paying
$980 for that faster service. Now we are talking... Should be a LOT
easier to make a business plan with $980 for 768 then $1600 for 512k.
I know when my average bandwidth cost dropped almost $300 per T things
immediately looked lot better. For $100 more per month I have 50% more
bandwidth then before... Now a little later after I signed new
contracts I find out about some other deals I could made where I could
basically gotten 100% more bandwidth. at similar price by backhauling
it in wirelessly from another nearby town... Will be what I do with
next upgrade.

Best regards,
 Eje Gustafsson mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]

TH> This is just an idea that has been overlooked. If you can't make money with

TH> So how can I make some money, I pay 1600$/month for a fractional T1 512k

TH> Here, at least, there are no other providers. In other towns, you can get
TH> ADSL, but $30 is the same or less than anything else. That gets you 265K /
TH> up to 256K ADSL (Quest's terminology, not mine), and I'll be offering 1.5
TH> Mbit for that price. No other provider can compete with that, since thier

TH> But, since the area and customer base is limited, I never expect to get rich
