I also have a 15V which I am going to try.  I guess you adjust up just
enough to ensure your radio has enough power to perform, or do you think
you might harm the radio by not giving it enough power too?

I do not mean FCC certification.  I mean Smartbridges hooking it up in

lab and putting it through its courses to cerify that yes it provides

Their standard response was to recomend this one after I looked it
up--as
for "certification" I guess that is a matter of semantics.  The only
part
FCC certified is the radio/feedline/antenna combination.
