They have some others as well, but this one fits the bill nicely. You
will need to cut the plug off the output side a flop the wires to
correct the polarity, but that should not be a big problem.

enough to ensure your radio has enough power to perform, or do you think

Their standard response was to recomend this one after I looked it
up--as
for "certification" I guess that is a matter of semantics. The only
part
FCC certified is the radio/feedline/antenna combination.
