Looking at Table 8.3.2.5a in 13-2002 there is a downward and horizontal diffuser. For the standard 2x2 diffuser in a suspended ceiling which is the correct to use. It is blowing air downward and horizontal? Can I install an ordinary temp pendant sprinkler 1'-1" away from one of these diffusers?
