Don't do NFPA 30 designs very often and this struck me as peculiar. '08 -
16.6.1.6 and .7 clearly says to me anyway we don't have to calc the in-racks
and overhead simultaneously. Seems a significant departure from normal.
So I am reading this right? My only thought is there are so many heads in
the rack with a barrier we wouldn't expect the ceiling heads to operate? I
do see the option when you leave out the barrier we are back to normal
balancing.
