My apologies to Mr. Law. My comment was offered as a professional opinion among close colleagues and friends and so I considered a bit of humor as appropriate. The intent was to infer that a small amount of water applied early could contain a small fire far easier than one that was allowed to grow before water was applied. That I used a term that offended a member of this body is unfortunate.
