The way I understand it 40,000 sf is your limit.

(a) Pipe schedule — 25,000 ft2 (2323 m2)
(b) Hydraulically calculated — 40,000 ft2 (3716 m2)
(4) Storage—High-piled storage (as defined in 3.9.1.13) and storage covered
by other NFPA standards — 40,000 ft2 (3716 m2)

*3.9.1.13 *High-Piled Storage. Solid-piled, palletized, *rack storage*, bin
box, and shelf storage in excess of 12 ft (3.7 m) in height.
