Keep in mind the occupant load of less than 50 dictates how this occupancy is referenced and classified. Less than 50 shall comply with the requirement for a group B (business) occupancy. In my experience, past occupancy load calcs on these type uses total greater than 50. So I maintain the Assembly use.
