I'm OK with giving a relabeled calc to go with the system so there is
paper everywhere that paper needs to be, but the guy was blowing smoke
to cover ignorance about the "why" and that's what chaffs me. Always
remember thee's an AHJ in a local jurisdiction who doesn't know who
you be and has said in writing about a informal opinion you penned,
not that he disagreed with your analysis, but that you didn't
understand the intent of 13 and that maybe you should read it more
closely next time. I've been informed that he's telling people a
certain contractor is charging too much and recommending other
contractors. Is this a badge too far? I can see the Lego movie version
of this on You Tube in my head as I type.
