The governmental AHJ(s) is restricted to only enforcing the law (i.e.: the
code and local ordinances), of course we know some think they're Wyatt Earp
as son as the Wizard gives them the gold shield (now there's a movie,
"Wyatt Earp in Oz: he's Coming to Clean-Up the Emerald City"), but I
digress. The insurance carrier can require any damned thing that strikes
his fancy, painted purple with pink polka dots, anti-gravity diesel fuel,
triple WMGs, you name it..... The big difference is for the owner, you
know, the guy paying the bill..., he can't change governments but he can
buy different insurance.

And Dewayne, the teacher in me won't let this pass, despite the fat that
dog knows I make plenty of typos, and just plane misspell worlds, but
unless those walls are at odds with one another hey ought not be dueling.
