NFPA 14 (2010) 7.3.2 requires hose valves to be on the main landing, unless required otherwise, per 7.3.2.1. The IFC specifically references NFPA 14-10 for 905.4.2, but not 905.4.1. My question is, when both documents are referenced as adopted standards, with no exceptions mentioned, which document takes precedence? James Litvak
